Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Overland Vehicle Systems. This full-time role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and guidance, from initial inquiries through to post-purchase follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries.
    •    Exceptional Customer Service: Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations on products and solutions tailored to customers’ overlanding and off-roading needs.
    •    Sales Generation: Drive sales through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and strategic product recommendations.
    •    Training & Support: Provide product training to both customers and team members, ensuring they are fully equipped to make informed purchasing decisions.
    •    Sales Management: Manage customer orders, track sales progress, and report on sales goals and performance.
    •    Collaborative Environment: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other sales team members to optimize customer experiences and sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
    •    Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
    •    Passion for overlanding, off-roading, or outdoor adventures is a significant advantage.
    •    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    •    Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
    •    Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    •    Experience with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus.

    •    4+ years of Business-to-Business sales experience
    •    Strong customer service orientation
    •    Demonstrated sales experience
    •    Experience in conducting training sessions
    •    Proficiency in sales management
    •    Highly motivated and goal-oriented
    •    Ability to work independently and remotely
    •    Experience in the off-road industry is a plus
