What to Expect
The Sales Operations Manager, Hyundai is responsible for analyzing program performance and assist in development of new programs that are the key drivers of HCA originations and profit. This role will collaborate directly with the HMF Field Team to drive penetration and key messaging on joint initiatives. In addition, serving as a point of contact with the OEM this role will be responsible for overseeing the initial launch execution for new programs and processes to support OEM sales.
What You Will Do
1. Program Launch Operations
· Develop, implement, and optimize sales operations processes to launch Hyundai programs to include dealer retail and lease bulletins, HCA guidelines, special programs bulletins
· Manage program operations with external & internal partners through effective collaboration.
· Increase efficiency, productivity, and performance for launch process
2. Infrastructure
· System oversight for iCost, Blaze, and other internal system requirements and implementation.
· Continuously assess sales operations with program launches to ensure best practices, standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency
3. Billing and Invoice
· Collaborate with Finance/Accounting for monthly invoice and billing review
· Adhere to KSOX governance frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure consistent execution of billing strategies with OEM
4. Program Support
· Collaborate with field team on program updates, joint messaging on key initiatives, and HCA Pen% performance
· Resolve program issues that arise from day-to-day activities
5. Reporting
· Complete ad-hoc gathering/reporting/presentation preparation for executive proposals and internal sales updates
· Collaborate with senior sales leadership to help execute sales strategies and align operational processes with business goals.
What You Will Bring
· Minimum 5-7 years related experience in Sales, Finance, or Marketing role with emphasis on strategy development, pricing, project planning, and strategic analysis.
· Financial Services experience preferred
· Prior experience working within Automotive Finance as well as consulting experience preferred
· BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time/project management skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites including Power Point, Visio, MS Project, Excel, Access.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
· Demonstrated competence with research, analysis and project leadership
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
