What to Expect
The Director, Customer and Vehicle Lifecycle Management is responsible for driving brand and captive loyalty among Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis consumers while maximizing vehicle value across various lifecycles. This role involves leading strategy and planning, with a particular focus on electric vehicle initiatives aimed at improving sales efficiency and achieving other enterprise goals. In addition, this position will proactively engage and collaborate with business leaders at HCA, global headquarters, and local OEMs to ensure buy-in for strategies and effective execution.
What You Will Do
1. Develop customer and vehicle lifecycle process and programs resulting in higher client retention & loyalty, increased opportunities to monetize the assets beyond traditional programs, drive higher asset residual valuation and maximize profitability. Facilitate discussions to achieve stakeholder and executive alignment on product, program and service-level approach throughout vehicle lifecycle.
2. Develop and execute data-driven strategies utilizing advanced analytics across various functions to enhance brand and customer loyalty.
3. Lead key Marketing initiatives to drive Captive Value to OEMs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loyalty initiatives with business goals.
4. Complete ad-hoc assignments, presentations and reporting as requested by management and/or executives and perform all other duties as assigned.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
What You Will Bring
· 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Finance, or Marketing role with a strong focus on advanced analytics, marketing analytics, strategy development, pricing and project planning.
· Experienced and proven people leader with substantial subject matter expertise who can organize, direct, and motivate team to accomplish organizational objectives
· 5+ years of management and supervisory experience
· Experience in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and marketing analytics tools
· Prior experience working within Automotive Finance as well as consulting experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing / Statistics / Sales Management / Business or related field.
· MBA a plus.
· Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and support both assigned resources and colleagues from other internal HCA departments or external stakeholders.
· Excellent communications skills to drive strategic initiatives and the ability to produce and present materials to C-Suite level.
· Proven critical thinking, problem solving skills for strategy formulation.
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Knowledge of the automotive industry.
· Exceptional analytical skills, data-driven and analytical in making decisions.
· Expert skills w/ Excel, SQL, SAS and analysis tools
· Ability to extract, analyze and draw insight from data in enterprise databases
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
