Job Description
We’re looking for welding superstars that are as comfortable laying down a stack of dimes as they are meeting time standards on our fast-paced assembly line. We’re after 1st shift (6am - 4:30pm).
- MIG welding of thin-gauge 304 stainless steel tubing, brackets, and assemblies.
- High-volume production output is to be monitored against production standard rates.
- Quality standard include the integrity of welds and also visual criteria (product is a consumer product, and visual appearance and brand perception are critical.
- Shaping, fitting, and welding of raw materials as per our manufacturing jigs
- Maintenance and security of all manufacturing jigs
- Running machines such as bandsaw, tube cutters, deburr, Resizing dies, metal benders, CNC, etc., as required at times to support product flow.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent, trade school or certifications preferred
- 1 + years’ experience in MIG welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
- 1 – 3 years of metal fabrication experience
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, deburring, and staging of raw material.
