As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Welder on our Swing Shift to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing vehicle storage solutions.


As a Swing Shift Welder at DECKED, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and commitment to teamwork will be essential in ensuring that our products maintain their superior quality and durability.
Requirements

 

Responsibilities:

· Ability to weld steel using MIG welder.

· Ability to repetitively move/lift objects up to 50 lbs.

· Must have your own welding hood.

· Must possess good time management skills to complete jobs in a timely manner.

· Identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications during the welding process.

· Conduct inspections of finished products to verify that they meet DECKED's specifications and standards.

· Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

· Keep work area clean and organized to optimize efficiency and safety.

· Collaborate with supervisors to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.

· Previous experience welding with 2 years or more is preferred.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proficient in using hand tools and small power tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production targets.

· Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
