We’re looking for a Website & E-Commerce Channel Manager to drive the strategy, performance, and growth of KNFilters.com and our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This role will be responsible for ensuring our website functions as a high-performing digital sales channel, optimizing user experience, driving conversions, and aligning web initiatives with broader marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Revenue Growth: Own the development and execution of strategies to grow website revenue & increase conversion rates while improving customer retention through website enhancements like user experience, merchandising, and personalization. Own delivery of DTC K&N revenue targets.
- Website Performance & Strategy: Own the roadmap for KNFilters.com, optimizing navigation, product pages, and the overall customer journey to maximize engagement and sales.
- Content & Merchandising: Oversee the style and consistency of product listings, descriptions, and digital merchandising to enhance discoverability, cross-sell opportunities, and storytelling aligned with K&N’s brand.
- Marketing & Campaign Integration: Collaborate with digital marketing, paid media, and email teams to ensure promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns are seamlessly executed on the website.
- SEO & Traffic Growth: Work with internal and external SEO teams to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase visibility for key products and categories.
- UX & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and refine website elements, such as landing pages, checkout flows, and product pages, to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
- Data & Analytics: Utilize website analytics, heat mapping, and A/B testing to gain insights on user behavior and make data-driven decisions that enhance performance.
- Site Operations & Vendor Management: Work with developers, agencies, and platform partners to ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
- New Technologies & Innovation: Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, evaluating and implementing new features, tools, and integrations that improve the customer experience and business performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, with direct experience managing a website or online sales channel.
- Proven track record of increasing website sales and improving conversion rates in a consumer product or automotive-related industry.
- Experience in Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, traffic mapping tools, and A/B testing platforms.
- Skills & Attributes:

- Customer-Centric Thinking: Ability to develop strategies that enhance the shopping experience and increase customer lifetime value.

- Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, IT, and external partners.
- Project Management: Experience managing website updates, launches, and initiatives with attention to detail and deadlines.
