Position Summary:


Responsible for developing, preparing, executing, and maintaining all aspects of scheduled marketing events and races.  


 


Position Responsibilities:



  • Manages an event calendar including scheduling your own events.

  • Manages and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with both internal and external customers.

  • Responsible for managing confirmation of all event arrangements and registration well in advance of the event date. 

  • Maintains, gathers and prepares all items required for events and shows

  • Setup event and race displays which includes ensuring display vehicles acquisition and delivery.

  • Ensures that all promotional and marketing materials (catalogs, shirts, decals) are in place for all events and races.

  • Delivers race result reporting and logging after each race.

  • Manages expenses and submit timely expense reports while staying within budget constraints.

  • Provides the most accurate information possible regarding FOX products and services while delivering a consistent message. 

  • Maintains a polished appearance at events and in the service department (cleanliness, organization, etc.).



  • Manages the maintenance of assigned part/tool inventory.

  • Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations within the department

  • Provides information to customers so that they understand their products and their technical specifications in order to maximize user benefits.


 


Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:



  • Good technical knowledge of Fox race products

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interact with race day staff and customers

  • Meticulous attention to detail 

  • Ability to travel to race sites


 


Position Qualifications:


Education:


Associates or technical degree


 


Experience: 


2+ years of relevant technical and marketing experience required


 


Work Environment and Physical Requirements:


Manufacturing/Track Environment


Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly


Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer


Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time


Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer


Travel required
