Job Description
We are seeking a B2B Marketing Communications Specialist to drive strategic content development, sales enablement materials, and digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing communications, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
K&N’s Global Filtration business is disrupting the air filtration industry with an all-new sustainably focused product and GTM strategy and is already working with numerous fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop case studies, white papers, press releases, blogs, and sales collateral (flyers, brochures, promotional assets) to support brand positioning and sales engagement.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns with agencies and marketing teams.
- Manage the LinkedIn content calendar, ensuring posts align with marketing objectives.
- Maintain and optimize website content using a content management system (CMS).
- Develop and send marketing emails and targeted 1:1 email campaigns to engage prospects.
- Work with designers, agencies, and vendors to produce marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the Events Coordinator on marketing materials for tradeshows.
- Occasionally represent K&N at industry events and tradeshows to support brand awareness.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, content development, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for B2B marketing.
- Experience managing LinkedIn content calendars and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms for website content management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SEO best practices is a plus.
- Experience working in Technology, Infrastructure or HVAC System Sectors is a plus.
