As part of Holley Customer Experience Marketing (CXM) org, you will be helping build the future of Holley’s 360° digital retail experience platform. The mission of the Holley CXM team is to help customers find and buy the right products from our expanding selection of inventory across the Holley family of stores, distributors, partners, and marketplace sellers. The Holley CXM team executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels. 

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Specialist, E-Commerce Merchandising to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about online retail and have a strong understanding of consumer behavior. As an E-commerce Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Product Management:
    • Curate and manage product assortment, ensuring it aligns with brand strategy and customer needs.
    • Optimize product information, including descriptions, images, and videos, to drive conversions.
    • Categorize and organize products to improve site navigation and searchability.
  • Website Optimization:
    • Enhance website layout and design to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
    • Monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Promotional Activities:
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including sales, discounts, and limited-time offers.
  • Create compelling email marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments.
  • Utilize social media to promote products and engage with the target audience.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
    • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of merchandising strategies.
    • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Generate regular reports to share insights with the team and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role
  • Automotive knowledge/familiarity with Holley Performance Brands preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for online retail
