Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Facilitate communication between dealers and the finance department to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing for communications of promotions as well as business programs
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and financial transactions.
  • Utilize Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting related to dealer performance and finance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all dealers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance dealer support.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to dealer engagement and financial performance.
  • Provide support toward the certification and ensure compliance to customer-required quality management systems (TISAX, TS16949, IATF, etc..) 
  • Positions that fall under the functions of Product Development, Legal, HR, IT, and Executive Management are required to exercise a higher level of confidentiality and discretion in handling information the positions have access to. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration preferred and four or more years of experience as or equivalent combinations of experience, training, and education.
