We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and events team. This role is essential in managing contracts, coordinating digital ad campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations across our sales activities. You’ll work closely with our sales team, providing administrative support, tracking sales performance, and coordinating event sponsorships. A strong focus on organization, communication, and client service is key.
Responsibilities
Manage contracts, digital ad campaigns, and CRM records to support sales efforts.
Coordinate event sponsorships and assist in organizing trade shows like SEMA and PRI.
Track sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics to optimize sales operations.
Support the sales team with essential data, reports, and customer communication.
Occasional travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in administrative services, preferably in a sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain follow-through.
Job Details:
This full-time position is based in Temecula, California.
We determine compensation by looking at market benchmarks and taking into account role, background, skills, and experience to place employees within a fair market range. For this position, the salary range starts with a base of $50K – $75K annually.
