Salary Range:
$86400-102900 USD /annual salary

What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a highly creative and forward-thinking Innovation/Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products, systems, and solutions that align with our companyâs strategic objectives. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including R&D, product management, and manufacturing, to drive projects from conceptualization through to final production. The ideal candidate is passionate about cutting-edge technology, product design, and problem solving, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Conceptualize and Design Innovative Solutions: Develop creative solutions for new products or enhancements to existing products, based on user needs, market trends, and technological advancements.
Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and run simulations or tests to validate design concepts, ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance with safety standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, manufacturing, marketing, and other teams to ensure design feasibility, cost-efficiency, and alignment with customer expectations.
Research & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Lead or contribute to research projects aimed at innovation within the companyâs product lines.
Problem-Solving and Optimization: Analyze existing designs, identify potential improvements, and implement enhancements to increase performance, reduce costs, or improve user experience.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical drawings, schematics, and reports, for internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management: Manage design projects from concept through completion, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Experience:
Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in product design, innovation, or engineering roles.
Proven track record in designing products from concept to market launch.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
Familiarity with prototyping tools and methods (3D printing, CNC machining, etc.).
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management (PLM).
Soft Skills:
Creative thinking with a strong problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
