Other Global Verticals is Dometic’s incubator, and it consists of Residential, Hospitality and Mobile Deliveries. The aim is to, based on technology know-how, work with global product assortments that can be sold in all geographic regions. While Residential focus on unique home and patio environments, Hospitality mainly serves the lodging industry. Mobile Deliveries focus is on the last mile of food delivery and home delivery boxes. We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Regional Sales Manager within our OGV capability. This position reports to Vice President and will work in a remote capacity in the Southern territory.  

 

About the position:

 

As a Regional Sales Manager in the Hospitality team, you will be involved in the hotel and leisure industry as well as targeting the health care industry where we have products that can support health care and elderly care institutions. 

 

General responsibilities:

 

  • Meeting or exceeding, agreed levels of sales volume.
  • Develop, manage, and grow projects pipeline and opportunities within the hospitality industry ensuring strong growth is achieved.
  • Define market potential of each product range.
  • Keep and provide accurate data, reporting and forecasts as required by Hospitality Americas management in a timely manner.
  • Assist in development and management of sales plans and strategies for the region.
  • Grow and manage profitable network of relationships.
  • Attend Trade Shows and Industry Conferences on behalf of Dometic as required.
  • Update and maintain any account data using Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage time and resources to maximize results
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

  

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in selling to the hospitality or similar industry as well as having acquired the following qualifications and experiences.  

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant filed, required. Advanced Degree Preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within the hospitality industry and/or senior living space.
  • Demonstrated success growing and managing key accounts. 
  • Must be licensed to operate a vehicle.
  • Comfortable with various technologies including strong experience using Microsoft tools like PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft D365.

  • Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines. 
  • Results orientated.
  • Sales Presentations / Closing.
