Real Estate Development Manager – New England Area

Key Responsibilities:
Site Negotiation & Delivery: Consistently negotiate and deliver sites to the Approval Committee, ensuring they meet the required quantity and quality standards. Identify building sites and review due diligence reports to determine the suitability and viability of specific locations.
Site Discovery: Discover new sites within assigned trade areas to support research efforts and maintain new store opening schedules. Perform due diligence in advance of property acquisition.
Approval-to-Contract Conversion: Achieve the planned ratio of approval-to-contract conversion.
Due Diligence & Risk Communication: Identify sites, order due diligence, and communicate risks to the Real Estate Development Zone Manager. Analyze property income and expenses to make data-driven decisions related to leasing, purchasing, financing, and capital improvements.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Validation, and Construction teams for optimal deal development.
Professional Representation: Perform all functions with integrity and professionalism whenever representing AutoZone.Visit properties, meet with tenants, and oversee the work of property managers or maintenance staff.
