Product Specialist (Georgia or California)

Maxxis International is looking for a new team member to assist with product strategy in the powersports segment. We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with tire nomenclature and possess great interest towards the powersports industry. The ability to collect, organize, and analyze market information will be key for this role. A candidate must also be able to relay this information effectively to others. The right candidate will be a team player that possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with high levels of attention to detail. Domestic business travel to trade shows and consumer shows is required and is estimated at 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering market intelligence to inform management with powersports industry trends
• Assist with building new product proposals and presenting them to internal and external customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and development timelines
• Engage with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to gather feedback

and validate product concepts and features

• Perform other job duties as assigned

Key Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external communication
• Ability to collect, organize, and share market information effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members on dynamic projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
• 3-5 year experience in the tire, powersports, or related industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, power-point and the ability to learn new analysis tools
