Job Description

As a Product Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to compile and evaluate research on future product requirements and identify enhancements to our current products. You will play a crucial role in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by working alongside experienced product specialists and managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned product lines, including preparing and coordinating product introductions and updates.
  • Compile and evaluate market research to identify product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to test various strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows to expand product knowledge and engage with customers.
  • Develop short and long-term sales objectives for assigned products.
  • Contribute to the negotiation of supply agreements and develop annual sales plans.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

Salary Range: $66,200 – $83,000
