Motorcycle Parts Sales Specialist

Location: Ferndale, Michigan
Department: Sales | Segment: Powersports | In-Office Position

Are you fueled by powersports and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience? At Turn 14 Distribution, we’re looking for a Motorcycle Parts Sales Specialist to join our in-office team in Ferndale, MI. You’ll play a key role in managing customer relationships, offering expert product knowledge, and driving revenue growth in the ever-evolving world of aftermarket powersports.


This role is perfect for someone who knows the industry, loves engaging with customers, and wants to be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and career development.



What You’ll Do
🚀 Sales Execution & Growth


  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and margin goals




  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account growth




  • Use your powersports expertise to deliver value-driven product recommendations




🤝 Customer Engagement


  • Be available in-office during business hours to respond to phone, email, and live chat inquiries




  • Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service to customers of all sizes




  • Build and maintain trusted relationships within your customer base




📚 Product & Brand Expertise


  • Learn and master Turn 14 Distribution’s systems, tools, policies, and product catalog




  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the powersports performance aftermarket, especially in the V-Twin segment




  • Participate in regular vendor-led training to stay current on product releases and industry trends




💼 Strategic Contribution


  • Support key initiatives including new brand launches, product rollouts, and special projects




  • Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen customer conversations and positioning




  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service and product offerings





What You Bring


  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management




  • Deep understanding of the powersports industry, with a strong focus on the V-Twin and off-road market




  • Familiarity with aftermarket performance products and parts




  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills




  • Availability to work full-time from our Ferndale, MI office
