Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry.  Our Company was founded in 1969 and has its headquarters and a distribution center in Calabasas Hills, CA, along with an eastern distribution point in Southaven, MS. Our digital marketing team is located in Lake Oswego, OR.  For decades, Helmet House has supplied Powersports Dealers across the U.S. with two of the world’s top helmet brands. Helmet House is the exclusive US supplier for SHOEI Helmets, Sidi boots, Kriega, Insta360, and Fasthouse, while also distributing HJC Helmets, Alpinestars, 100%, Molecule, Pinlock, Cardo, Quad Lock and Sena to motorcycle dealerships in the United States. The Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle apparel brands are manufactured and marketed directly by Helmet House. The premium brands we carry represent our commitment to the motorcycle industry and our dealer partners.


Position Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Field Operations Manager to support the execution of national sales strategy and day-to-day operations across the U.S. under the leadership of the Senior Vice President (SVP). This role will serve as a critical operational link between senior leadership and a team of approximately 40 District Manager sales professionals who support our dealers across the U.S.


The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excels at process improvement, and is skilled in coordinating cross-functional efforts that enable the success of a high-performing sales organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as a strategic partner to the Senior Regional Vice Presidents (SRVPs).

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational needs for approximately 40 field sales representatives.

  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and the District Managers; streamline communications.

  • Coordinate cross-regional initiatives and process improvements to enhance District Manager and Dealer efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain sales tools, CRM workflows, RMA Tracking.

  • Ensure alignment across departments (HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance) as needed.

  • Manage the District Manager hotline.

  • Manage all reporting requirements.

  • Maintain and track District Manager dealer visit calendar


Required Skills:



  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Experience with project tracking software applications a plus.

  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), Excel, and reporting tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing remote collaboration.


 Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or 5-years of related experience required

  • Retail or Distribution industry experience a plus


Work Environment:



  • Full-time on-site in-office position at our Calabasas Hills, CA headquarters

  • Some travel in the field required


Salary Range:


$60-$80k, depending on skills and experience
