DESCRIPTION

This Ecommerce Catalog Specialist is part of our Ecommerce | Fulfillment team & is responsible for creating and managing product catalogs for ecommerce channels. This includes ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all product listings, standardizing templates, collaborating with other teams, and resolving, as well as, optimizing product listings.

Education/Certification(s):

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Experience for Ecommerce Catalog Specialist:

• Previous experience in product writing or content development & SEO experience preferred

• Must be a great problem solver

Job Duties for the Ecommerce Catalog Specialist:

• Complete product research & develop product knowledge


• Manage, organize, & standardize multiple catalog templates


• Create/write detailed customer facing product listings


• Optimize listings for improved performance


• Develop knowledge of products and improve product data


• Work with other organizations & internal leadership to meet deadlines
