At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for a Dealer Sales and Support to assist with the day to day operations of the dealer sales group. This critical role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry. 

Primary Duties

  • Support the dealer sales team and other internal sales team members with technical questions.
  • Manage dealer sales emails and respond to those emails in a timely manner.
  • Supporting inbound dealer sales phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide top notch customer service to the dealer network.
  • Identifying MAP (minimum advertised price) policy violations and address those violations with the dealers.
  • Support dealer sales team as needed when the team is travelling.
  • Support dealer sales team with processing bulk dealer orders.
  • Attend shows and events to represent the company as needed.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have experience with a call center environment, will be customer service oriented, having excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are critical. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Education / Experience

Two years of previous sales experience, is preferred.
