Founded in as a metalworking shop bringing fresh cold water to Texas workers in the field to inventing the Playmate to becoming America’s most recognizable brand of ice chests, the Igloo story spans more than 75 years of delivering coolness to the world. Today, Igloo has 90% + brand awareness and is #1 in market share in the US, is a pioneer in sustainability for our category with the launch of biodegradable coolers and coolers made with from post-consumer recycled resin and other sustainable materials and has a growing DTC business allowing us to build direct relationships with our consumers. In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain, for our Mobile Cooling Solutions division. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Sales and Operations Planning from demand planning to sourcing components and ensuring product quality and efficiency. You will lead the sourcing strategy for various cooling solutions, including Active Coolers, Passive Coolers, Hydration Systems, and Soft Sides, to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The CFO for Mobile Cooling Solutions is an instrumental member in the Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions leadership team and a sparring partner to the President of Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions. The incumbent is also key partner to the Group CFO and the Group Finance team.
The Segment CFO will partner with segment and global leaders to provide direction and support in all aspects of finance management and leadership. The incumbent will also conceive, shape and implement the finance strategy in support of the overall Dometic Strategy. As a CFO for a segment in a publicly listed company you will be accountable for and actively work with the implementation of group financial policies and guidelines. Incumbent will be responsible for Mobile Cooling Solutions’ planning and reporting systems as well as analysis of results. In addition, the CFO will be expected to anticipate the future impact to results of actions being taken in operations and sales.
The CFO Mobile Cooling Solutions will provide robust leadership and management to a finance team of currently approx. 50 people. This also includes responsibility over IT function and key projects.
The CFO will work with the divisional controllers to ensure that the Company’s reporting is timely, insightful, accurate and in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and in accordance with the best practices in financial management.
As a result, Mobile Cooling Solutions seeks a seasoned, innovative leader capable of supporting the strategic growth plan and developing quantitative insights into our business.
