 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain, for our Mobile Cooling Solutions division. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of Sales and Operations Planning from demand planning to sourcing components and ensuring product quality and efficiency. You will lead the sourcing strategy for various cooling solutions, including Active Coolers, Passive Coolers, Hydration Systems, and Soft Sides, to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The CFO for Mobile Cooling Solutions is an instrumental member in the Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions leadership team and a sparring partner to the President of Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions. The incumbent is also key partner to the Group CFO and the Group Finance team.


The Segment CFO will partner with segment and global leaders to provide direction and support in all aspects of finance management and leadership. The incumbent will also conceive, shape and implement the finance strategy in support of the overall Dometic Strategy. As a CFO for a segment in a publicly listed company you will be accountable for and actively work with the implementation of group financial policies and guidelines. Incumbent will be responsible for Mobile Cooling Solutions’ planning and reporting systems as well as analysis of results. In addition, the CFO will be expected to anticipate the future impact to results of actions being taken in operations and sales.


The CFO Mobile Cooling Solutions will provide robust leadership and management to a finance team of currently approx. 50 people. This also includes responsibility over IT function and key projects.


The CFO will work with the divisional controllers to ensure that the Company’s reporting is timely, insightful, accurate and in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and in accordance with the best practices in financial management.


As a result, Mobile Cooling Solutions seeks a seasoned, innovative leader capable of supporting the strategic growth plan and developing quantitative insights into our business.


Your main responsibilities:



  • Take a proactive approach as the finance partner for segment Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions

  • Actively support the President of Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions with all aspects of finance management as well actively and proactively collaborate closely with the Group CFO

  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the finance team within Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions and interact with Dometic finance colleagues around the world

  • Serve as a member of the segment Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions Leadership team.

  • Accountable for ensuring that Mobile Cooling Solutions implements and complies with all group financial policies and guidelines

  • Accountable for ensuring that sales and profitability analyses are available and accurate on Segment Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions level as well as by product area/group

  • Actively manage capital efficiency and allocation within Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions.

  • Actively participate in the various phases of M&A projects related to Segment Dometic Mobile Cooling Solutions

  • Trusted advisor for Sales team and solutions provider that enables growth

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:



  • 12+ years of experience as CFO and/or controller and/or management consultant in a global context

  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, in particular within the consumer goods market and dynamics

  • Demonstrated ability to lead others in accomplishing a wide array of finance and business-related objectives

  • Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels and cultures, both orally and in writing

  • Global mindset with an ability to work and manage effectively across different cultures, preferably with experience from a global product-based business

  • Executive and business acumen, strategic thinking, problem solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach

  • Holds a track record of building credibility and trust with the C-suite, senior business leaders through high integrity sound business ethics and judgement, savvy business sense and a partnership approach

  • Fluent in English
