Armando Verdugo

Sales and Marketing Manager

About me

Whether I’m building brands from the ground up or crawling over rocky trails in a fully built rig, I bring the same energy to everything I do: full throttle, no shortcuts, and a hell of a lot of grit. My journey has taken me from chemistry labs to corporate boardrooms, and now into the world of marketing strategy, brand building, and business development—especially in industries where passion runs deep. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles, I know how to turn ideas into action and action into results.

I’ve worn a lot of hats: founder, director, marketer, trail guide, and wrench-turning weekend warrior. I built Rub-One from scratch, overseeing every detail from branding to product testing on some of the toughest terrain out there. At the same time, I’ve helped companies like Artec Industries, Addictive Desert Designs, and Rigid Industries grow their market share through sharp messaging, smart partnerships, and relentless follow-through. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty—whether that’s launching a new product line or pressure-washing a Jeep after a muddy weekend.

I believe in hustle with heart. My work ethic is rooted in a lifetime of curiosity, accountability, and an unshakable drive to succeed—not just for myself, but for every team and brand I represent. I thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and bring the same determination to my career as I do to building the perfect off-road setup. If you’re looking for someone who can mix serious business chops with a no-BS, get-it-done mentality, let’s talk.
