A highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Service Inside Sales & Technical Advisor to support our growing customer base in the Midwest and Central regions. This role combines technical product expertise with customer service and sales support, helping customers and dealers select, install, and troubleshoot our air suspension systems for both performance and traditional automotive markets.
Essential Duties

· Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and chat for Air Lift’s full product line.
· Assist customers and dealers with product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
· Support inside sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
· Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
· Educate customers on product features, benefits, and warranty policies.
· Participate in regional training events, trade shows, and dealer visits as needed.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and documentation.
Position Requirements:
3+ years of experience in technical customer service or inside sales, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with suspension systems or vehicle modifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM platforms and technical documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in related field.
Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Automotive / commercial truck systems experience.
Able to generate detailed reports and communicate clearly using MS Office tools.
Team player: Able to work on multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.
