Place outbound calls to customers regarding their online orders.
Work with customers and manager to identify the issue with the order and find solution to retain business.
Advise alternative options and complimentary products based on opportunities.
Work with vendors on ETAs and Stock of customer orders.
Finance Team
Call and email customers who apply for product financing.
Work with Incomplete orders and Invoice Declines to see how to help customer with payment or financing options.
Must be able to understand the art of handling sales objections and followup.
For each opportunity, understanding the customers project goals, budget, and approval amount.
Servicing Team
Handle inbound customer calls and email tickets. Work with the Customer Service team on requests, helping with Store Credit orders, and following up on orders needing required documentation.
Will work with Abandoned Cart orders that meet a threshold.

Extremely reliable!
Excellent sales experience along with understanding or willing to learn sales methodologies and able to meet KPIs.
Be able to work in a high call volume environment (50-60 outbound calls per day).
Customer service oriented. You are building a relationship and helping with a transaction.
Strong computer skills. Be able to multi-task with communication channels and orders.
Comfortable with using a CRM system. (Customer Relationship Manager)
Strong phone skills. Your verbal communication to listen, communicate value proposition, and overcome objections.
Master of written communication. Properly communicating with each customer to be relatable while still upholding proper grammar and values of Vivid Racing.
