Job Description

Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp is looking to hire a Sales Support Manager who will be responsible for coordinating efforts to attain division unit and dollar sales goals.  The Sales Support Manager will also support the Regional Sales Managers in the Western US division to help strengthen business relationships with direct and driven dealers. In addition, this role will have a strong familiarity with current industry trends, have a strong business acumen, and be open traveling 80% of the time.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Support sales targets in all product categories for the sales division and the company.
Coordinate communication, including dealer sales calls in support of Regional Sales Managers’ efforts:
Notify dealers promptly of quarterly marketing specials, campaigns, and programs.
Review dealer’s inventory and provide the information to the Regional Sales Managers.
Assist both direct and driven dealers with merchandising and advertising of Toyo products.
Distribute POP material and literature as needed.
Support Regional Sales Mangers and the direct and driven dealers with implementing sales and marketing programs.
Secure orders for all applicable Toyo products from direct and driven dealers.
Pillar of support to our various Regional Sales Managers with establishing a reliable direct and/or driven dealer network across all markets in the assigned region.
Manage and organize training meetings on PCR, LTR, and TBR as required. Conduct marketing surveys as needed.
Engage with our dealer commercial salesmen to secure new fleet business.
Effectively plan and execute work schedules and various communications.
Generate and distribute daily sales activity reports in Salesforce.com. Prepare monthly itineraries in collaboration with the Director of Sales in a timely manner.
Analyze the performance of our product against competitor and identify opportunities for new products.
Assist in establishing profit-minded and cost-conscious practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description. We provide a competitive compensation package along with a robust benefits program to meet your needs.


The salary range for this position is $79,476.00 - $119,214.00

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Salesforce or any other CRM software and sales management tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Ability to travel with overnight accommodations 80% of the time.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset, able to build professional relationships.
Strong work ethic and proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must have a High School diploma or GED. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Two or more (2+) years of experience in tire sales or as a tire manufacturer representative. Solid understanding of tire products is required.
