VP Racing Brand Ambassador

From a single location with two employees in San Antonio, Texas, VP has grown to over 300 employees with five company-owned and operated race fuel distribution points in Texas, Indiana, Delaware, and Tennessee, a regional office in southern California, and an international office in Berlin. Each of these distribution points maintains an inventory of VP fuels available for immediate transport within a day’s drive to virtually any major racing event in North America. VP is now recognized by many as the world leader in race fuel technology, with a catalog of more than 80 fuel blends and a growing roster of VP-fueled champions across the entire spectrum of motorsports. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand and promoting our products/services to potential customers. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and driving sales.



Job Summary

As a VP Racing Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life! In this role you will greet guests, answer phones, assist with events, and represent the brand at races, events and tradeshows as needed. Responsibilities:

Represent our brand in a positive and professional manner
Answer phones and direct calls at the Company HQ
Handle day to day administrative tasks as assigned
Be first point of contact for customers
Assist with planning and executing company events
Promote our brand while attending trade shows and race events


Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required
