What you will be doing: 

Handle all aspects of the product return process, including receiving, inspecting, and processing returned merchandise in line with company policies.

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect returned products to ensure they are in proper condition, documenting and reporting any damage or discrepancies.


• Reading and interpreting product drawings and specifications.


• Maintaining accurate records of all returns, including the condition and quantity, before disposition.


• Prepare returns for resale or restocking according to the latest quality standards.


• Maintain clean and organize work area.

Requirements: 

• Must wear PPE, safety gloves, glasses,


• Attention to detail


• Computer proficient


• Strong communication abilities

What you need: 

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.


• Must be able to use a pallet jack


• Organized and neat work area
