Position Overview:


As our Administrative Assistant, you will greatly contribute to the day-to-day success and image of Turn 14. This role will provide administrative support to Executive leadership.  Primarily, you’ll be responsible for:


 


Essential Job Functions:



  1. Ability to create a positive, professional, and welcoming first impression upon entry for our clients and visitors; repeat visitors should be on a first-name basis.

  2. Ability to answer phones professionally and route calls as necessary.

  3. Ability to complete administrative duties, including scanning, bulk mailings, data entry, resale certificate handling, new customer paperwork, and scheduling conference rooms.

  4. Ability to monitor front desk area, vendor area, and conference rooms, keeping areas clean and in order.

  5. Ability to sort and distribute mail and handle UPS and FED EX deliveries and pick-ups.

  6. Ability to put office supply orders away.

  7. Ability to keep refrigerators clean and organized and maintain our reusable coffee cup program (during normal times).

  8. Ability to make coffee and clean urns as needed (during normal times).

  9. Ability to refill supplies in the lunchroom, coffee areas, and supply areas.

  10. Ability to perform miscellaneous duties can include running errands, holiday decorating, ordering food, etc.

  11. Ability to maintain and update job-related standard operating procedures.

  12. Ability to participate as needed in special department projects.

  13. Ability to perform other duties as needed.

Mandatory Requirements



  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education:


Mandatory Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent


Experience


Mandatory Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience.


Preferred Requirements



  • A minimum of 2-4 years of receptionist experience is preferred.


 


Physical Requirements:


The physical demands include, but are not limited to: 



  1. Sitting for extended periods of time Standing

  4. Seeing and ability to perceive color

  6. Use of hands 

  7. Pushing/Pulling/Lifting up to 25 lbs.

  10. Ability to drive locally and to/from work daily
