Position Overview:
Turn 14 Powersports is seeking an innovative and dynamic Brand Manager capable of developing and implementing strategies that drive growth while enhancing the perception of the brand in the market. They will need the ability to analyze market trends, competitors' activities, and consumer behavior to shape brand positioning and marketing initiatives. The Brand Manager will provide creative direction for various marketing materials, such as press releases, artwork, and digital media, as well as effectively report the brand's performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and recommend strategies to position the brand for substantial growth in the competitive powersports industry.
- Analyze competitors' brands, consumer trends, and shopping behaviors to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the design and creation of compelling content, including press releases, artwork, and print and digital media, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor the performance of the brand using key performance indicators (KPIs) and continually optimize strategies to meet or exceed established targets.
- Drive towards achieving profit targets, respecting timelines, and adhering to allocated budgets for marketing and brand activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events that resonate with the Powersports audience.
- Assist in the conceptualization of retail packaging and collaborate on in-store marketing displays to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Work closely with advertising agencies to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the Powersports market.
- Foster and grow strategic affiliations and partnerships to expand the brand's reach and impact within the industry.
- Maintain active communication with vendors and distributors to gather feedback and insights for improving product design and implementation strategies.

Requirements:

- Ability to think creatively and strategically while paying attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design and writing reports is a plus.
- A track record of successfully executing brand campaigns and initiatives.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is acceptable.
