Job Description
Lotus Cars USA is looking for a Media & CRM Strategic Manager to join its growing team in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for planning and executing of all Media & CRM planning at the Tier 1 & Tier 3 levels for Lotus Americas. The manager will work closely with the Lotus Cars Americas Chief Marketing officer and agency partners optimizing the brand’s public perception. The candidate must possess a high level of experience in Media & CRM planning in the automotive industry. Special interest in a candidate with luxury automotive experience.
PREREQUISITE SKILLS:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- Candidate must be able to work well with our partner agency & corporate team
- Exceptional communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate with all Lotus Cars Americas personnel
- Develop & implement strategic retention marketing tactics to deliver increased profitability and sales through Media & CRM tactics
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns and reporting for continuous improvements
- Planning and negotiating multiple digital campaigns for Tier 1 & Tier 3
- Work closely with Regional Dealer Marketing Manager to develop streamlined CRM & Media processes
- Support optimization of email and automated communication flow to increase sales leads
- Monitor competitor campaigns to inform and shape the Lotus Americas strategy and tactics
- Proper organization skills with the capabilities of developing detailed schedules for internal and external components
- Ability to build and continually improve upon the Lotus Cars Americas media plan and actionable items
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Ability to adapt quickly and problem solve when needed, through exceptional decision making skills
- Maintain a budget for your activities, which coincides with entire Lotus Cars Americas Marketing Budget
- Offer a positive attitude and willingness to learn more about the industry & outlets available.
- Liaise directly with Global Media & CRM teams to achieve company deliverables.
