Job Description

The Digital Media Manager, on the CXM team will manage and guide a team that is actively using data-driven insights, innovative best practices, and creativity to design, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns from the ground up across the aftermarket auto parts marketplace. In this exciting role, you will seek to lead Holley CXM to bring our products to our multi-dimensional customers across the ever-evolving web marketplace, in a captivating and frictionless way, at scale.  

 Key Job Elements

  • Lead and manage traffic acquisition that delivers over half of Holley $100M annual eCommerce business.

  • Support operational efficiencies via Analytics for Holley Direct to Consumer (DTC) and B2B Business.
  • Lead Holley Paid Search program, primarily focused around driving incremental revenue at ROI targets via the following platforms:
  • Google/Microsoft
  • Marketplace paid search (Amazon)
  • Lead Holley Programmatic Display program that supports eCommerce revenue, product awareness/consideration, owned event awareness, and lead generation via the following platforms:
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google (YouTube, Display Network)
  • Reddit
  • TikTok
  • Various DSP Testing    
  •  3-5+ years of digital optimization experience and digital advertising account management, account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation

Basic Qualifications

  •  3-5+ years of digital optimization experience and digital advertising account management, account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation
  • Experience planning, buying, and optimizing digital media, including Linear TV and Connected TV
  • Experience managing 2 or more direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree with major or minor in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies
  • Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems.
  • Dynamic communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, team-based environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with both DIY and professional-grade automotive engine management products.
  • Several years of experience in a Tier 1 or OEM as an eCommerce practitioner.
  • Knowledge of the latest advancements across after-market auto parts industry.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry regulations and standards.
